As a Sales Associate, you will engage customers with the latest smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, accessories, and more in a laid-back and fun environment designed to make your workday enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Upsell products and services to enhance sales
  • Handle cash register operations and balance transactions
  • Maintain a clean and appealing store appearance
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
  • Manage warranty handling and related customer inquiries
  • Respond to email and telephone communications
  • Maintain inventory of accessories and stock
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in retail sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Strong customer service and cash handling skills
  • Experience in inventory management and sales upselling
  • Effective email and telephone communication abilities

  • Full-time position: 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Saturday
