Job Summary:
Healia Health is seeking a mission-driven Senior Software Engineer to help build the future of digital health insurance. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product, operations, and sales to develop critical features and scale core parts of the platform, impacting member reimbursement and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Feature Development: Own end-to-end delivery of critical features across the stack. Work closely with product and design to scope, build, test, and launch new functionality.
• System Architecture: Help define and implement the architecture of our core platform—balancing scalability, performance, and maintainability. We’re early-stage, so your decisions will shape our technical foundation for years.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Contribute to our CI/CD pipeline, observability stack, and deployment processes to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and performant.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical and operational teams to deeply understand user needs—and translate them into technical solutions that actually work in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience building full-stack production software in a fast-paced environment
