Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across modern front-end and back-end technologies, including React, Node.js, Java, Spring Framework, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Platforms. This role will lead technical design, drive development best practices, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Application Design & Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Java (Java 8+/17+), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to support enterprise-scale business solutions.
  • Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable components following modern design principles and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Back-End Engineering
  • Design and implement microservices using the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Cloud.
  • Develop secure APIs and services utilizing OAuth 2.0, JWT, and industry-standard authentication and authorization frameworks.
  • Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing strategies, and efficient data access patterns.
  • Ensure application reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability for high-volume production environments.
  • Front-End Engineering
  • Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React and modern UI architecture patterns.
  • Develop and maintain state management solutions using Redux, Context API, Recoil, or similar frameworks.
  • Create reusable React components, custom hooks, and front-end libraries to improve development efficiency.
  • Optimize application performance through bundle optimization, lazy loading, memoization, and Lighthouse performance improvements.
  • Leverage modern design systems and UI frameworks such as Material UI and Bootstrap.
  • Cloud & DevOps
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement and support automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to enhance deployment automation, monitoring, and observability.
  • Promote DevSecOps practices by integrating security and quality controls throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technology strategy and solution design.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive adoption of modern development methodologies, frameworks, and engineering standards.

  • Develop and maintain automated test coverage using frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and other testing tools.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
  • Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability requirements.

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

  • 8+ years of software development experience, including significant full-stack development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using React, Java, and Node.js.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployments.
