Position Summary...What you'll do...We’re seeking a Software Engineer to build personalized, high-impact digital experiences for millions of users. You’ll develop scalable, high-performance applications that drive engagement and customer value. About Team Our team partners closely with retail and e-commerce business units to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve customer experiences across digital and in-store channels. Key focus areas include customer experience, store operations, merchant tools, data science, and search and personalization. What You’ll Do
  • Develop high-quality features with a focus on resiliency, scalability, and fault tolerance
  • Build performant single-page applications (SPAs) using React, Redux, Next.js, NX, React Query, GraphQL, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS3
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business, customer, and technical requirements
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
  • Improve application quality through best practices in accessibility, usability, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to architectural decisions, development standards, and tooling
  • Design and deploy cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Partner with engineering teams to enhance system performance, stability, and efficiency
  • Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with security standards
  • Work within an Agile development environment
  • Execute testing strategies, track defects, and support regression testing
  • Participate in design and discovery phases, collaborating with product, UX, and business teams
  • Optimize frontend performance using debugging and analytics tools
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins
  • Apply SEO best practices and modern debugging techniques
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in web development
  • Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks and their lifecycles
  • Experience building scalable SPAs using React, Redux, Next.js, GraphQL, and related technologies
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization, networking, storage, and concurrency
  • Experience developing reusable components and integrating with backend services via REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Proficiency with debugging, monitoring, and application performance tools
  • Strong knowledge of Git and continuous integration practices
  • Experience with scalable application architectures and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture)
  • Familiarity with multi-module and large-scale enterprise applications
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment practices
  • Exposure to retail or e-commerce environments is a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
