Customer Service Representative

What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound customer calls related to credit card accounts and member services
- Assist customers with:
- Account questions and balance inquiries
- Payments and transaction support
- Lost or stolen cards
- Fraud claims and disputes
- Online and mobile banking assistance
- Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
- Deliver exceptional service and support on every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of recent call center customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Must be flexible to work any assigned shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday each week
- Spanish bilingual skills are welcomed but not required
Training & Work Environment
- Fully onsite position in San Antonio, TX
