What You'll Be Doing
  • Handle inbound customer calls related to credit card accounts and member services
  • Assist customers with:
    • Account questions and balance inquiries
    • Payments and transaction support
    • Lost or stolen cards
    • Fraud claims and disputes
    • Online and mobile banking assistance
  • Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
  • Deliver exceptional service and support on every interaction
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism
  • Must be flexible to work any assigned shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday each week
  • Spanish bilingual skills are welcomed but not required
