No prior financial experience is required. Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing support are provided.

What Youll Do


  • Learn foundational financial planning concepts through mentorship and virtual training
  • Assist clients with protection-based and retirement planning strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team training

Income varies based on personal production, client activity, and optional team development.


Typical income ranges:


  • Part-time: $20,000 $50,000+ annually
  • Full-time: $70,000 $140,000+ annually


Additional bonuses and leadership compensation are available as advancement occurs.
