A well-established law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate to join its Financial Services practice. This role focuses on complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance. The firm represents major financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and global organizations across a wide range of industries.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support complex financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance

  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents
