Job description

A growing wealth management practice in Williamsport, PA is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join its team. This opportunity is well suited for someone who is interested in building a long-term career in financial planning and wealth management, whether they are beginning their career or bringing relevant financial services experience to the role.
The Associate Financial Advisor will work closely with the advisory team and participate in client meetings, financial planning activities, investment recommendations, and other aspects of the financial advisory process. The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop strong client relationships, expand their knowledge of investments and financial planning, and gradually take on greater responsibility within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings and assist with developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the financial planning process and assist with investment recommendations and related - client needs.
- Work closely with the advisory team to learn the various functions of a wealth management practice.
- Build knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and financial planning concepts.
