MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Information Assurance Specialist to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This position is onsite.

As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter's effectiveness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifies security risks, threats and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications and new technology initiatives

  • Develops, tests, and operates firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems and software deployment tools

  • Tests and debugs programs and scripts and prepares instruction for use during network exploitation activities

  • Applies knowledge of current IA policy, tactics, techniques, policy, and doctrine, and relationship to IA reporting requirements and structure

  • Assists in the planning and implementation of requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree

  • 12+ years of relevant experience

  • Holds one of the following certifications: CISSP/CISM/CISA/GCIH

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and/or Ph.D.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current and active TS/SCI Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.

  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.

  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.

  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
