AA degree or Above
This is for A and B shift (1st and 2nd) 
(Shift will be determined based on team need during interview) 
Candidate would need to be availability for either
(4 x10 shifts Monday -Thursday) 2 shift times available
 
Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements. Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met. Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Assists in tooling dispositions. Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope. Assists with reproducibility assessments for part or product designs. Assists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules. Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments. Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents. Works under general supervision.
Job Description
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ Years experience in manufacturing planning & production support
Experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
Experience reading, interpreting, and enforcing standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions, and engineering drawing and process procedures
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
STEM focused Associate’s degree
Experience in Model-Based Design
Experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
Experience in MESci or similar Manufacturing system
Experience in Material Resource Planning (MRP) Systems (eg. CompassContract)
Experience in CAD software suites
Experience in Windchill or similar engineering management databases
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to various audiences
Typical Education/Experience:
AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level 3: 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
This is for A and B shift (1st and 2nd) (Shift will be determined based on team need during interview) Candidate would need to be availability for either
A Shift - Start 6am (10 Hour Shift)
B Shift - Start 4pm (10 Hour Shift)
B shift worker will start out training during A shift then move to B shift once training has been completed.
