What Your Impact Is
  • Support the planning, design, permitting, and construction of site civil and remedial engineering projects.
  • Contribute to renewable energy installations, electric transmission and distribution facilities, and site remediation projects.
  • Help deliver high-quality engineering solutions by producing construction drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and permit applications.
  • Support project controls and management activities, including scheduling, cost estimating, labor resourcing, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and project managers across disciplines and geographies.

Required
  • B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (preferred). Or equivalent experience.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in place or eligible.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
  • Strong verbal, written, and computer skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, scheduling, and construction management.
  • Exposure to consulting or construction-related project environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects on a global platform, in varied settings that require creative and practical engineering solutions.
  • Prepare site civil designs, including earthwork and site grading, access roads, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management.
  • Develop construction drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and contract documents.
  • Prepare application packages for land disturbance permits, construction stormwater permits, and related construction permits; support land use permit applications.
  • Use AutoCAD and GIS to develop engineering designs.
  • Conduct field investigations, construction oversight, and quality assurance activities.
  • Evaluate field data; perform calculations; and prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, schedules, and progress tracking reports.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers across site investigation, risk management, planning, design, and construction disciplines.
  • Work both independently and as part of global, multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Participate in a center-of-excellence engineering team to help develop innovative designs and oversee implementation.

For theConsulting Senior Associate, Civil or Environmental Engineer position, theanticipatedannual base pay is$73,000-$93,213(USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees arenot bonuseligible).
