Job description

Job Description Stockroom Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Stockroom Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of stock and ensuring the stockroom is organized and efficient. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies. - Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized inventory management system. - Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring all items are labeled and stored appropriately.

- Pick and kit materials as requested by the production team. - Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. - Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

- Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. - Collaborate and communicate with the sales department, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products. - Track, trace, and update the status of outgoing shipments.

- Maintain a clean and neat area. - Maintain accurate daily shipping and invoicing documentation. - Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

- Provide additional backup support for the Stockroom and other areas as needed. Skills Required: - Scanning and sorting outgoing stock. - Pulling, packing, and loading.

- Good written and verbal communication skills. Must read, write, and speak clearly in English. - Must complete basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
