KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, AI Engineer to join our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop GenAI / LLM applications and integrations using foundational models under the guidance of senior team members
  • Develop and test AI models, conversational agents, and workflow automation components under the guidance of senior team members
  • Assist with data preparation, transformation, and validation to support AI/ML model training and deployment
  • Configure and integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, collaboration tools) using cloud platforms
  • Document processes, code, and technical workflows to support knowledge sharing and project continuity; collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions meet client requirements
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and frameworks, experimenting and applying them to real-world client projects
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one years of recent professional or academic experience in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or cloud technologies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; Master's degree from an accredited college or university a plus
  • Experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS AI/Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI)
  • Proficiency in Python or another programming language commonly used in AI/ML
  • Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks (LLM's, chatbots, virtual assistants, agents) and APIs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work in a team-based, client-focused environment
  • Ability to travel as required
