Civil Designer I Lynch & Associates is a growing multi-disciplinary consulting firm located in New Berlin and Burlington, Wisconsin with a family-focused culture. Our core business includes civil engineering, surveying, construction observation, and municipal services. We provide innovative solutions through technology, inspired design, and client-centric customer service.
