Responsibilities

  • Compiles and maintains products specifications for buy-out products and ingredients
  • Prepares and revises product nutritional data using Genesis R&D
  • Reviews product label information
  • Conducts shelf life testing on new products
  • Collaborates regularly with various product suppliers
  • Provides feedback and direction to co-packers and suppliers on new product formulations

Qualifications

  • Strong skills with hands-on troubleshooting complex problems
  • Basic JavaScript skills
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework and jQuery
  • Exposure to development tools like Hibernate, Ant, Maven, Hudson
  • Relational Database (preferably Sybase)
  • The candidate will be working on the basis of functional specification to create design and technical specification artifacts
