About the Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate (Material Handler) to join our team. This role requires strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate with team members and ensure timely part deliveries. The ideal candidate must work independently and be dependable while maintaining a good personality and team player attitude in our clean warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company equipment, reporting any issues immediately
  • Transfer materials efficiently across departments and maintain inventory accuracy
  • General warehouse tasks: shipping, receiving, BOLs, minor customs work
  • Coordinate with team members to communicate parts requirements
  • Utilize data systems for inventory transfers and perform cycle counts as required
  • Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to lean manufacturing principles and safety rules
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Overall great team player and dependable

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Operate various lift trucks including counterbalance, Bendi, and stand-up models preferred (Bendi training provided as needed)
  • Fall protection required (Certified on-site)
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Computer training preferred (Locator System knowledge)
  • Approximately 75% of time spent on machines

Compensation: $22.00/hr
