Job description

Responsibilities
Under direct guidance, the Business App Systems Analyst-Assoc assists in developing and maintaining application systems and follows control processes including requests for change, and enhancements. Supports existing information systems including problem management and troubleshooting. Assists in studying system needs, helps to investigate solutions and presents recommendations to intermediate analyst and management. Serves as a liaison between system vendors and internal departments. Must possess a basic understanding of industry requirements and must communicate most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Competent to work on initial phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities, but requires instruction and guidance in other phases.
**This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Employees in this role must reside in one of the following states to be considered for fully remote positions: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina**
Qualifications
Required:
  • With Associate degree: one year designing, building and supporting business systems applications or three (3) years performing operational processes utilizing the business systems applications that will be supported (e.g., Revenue Cycle, Epic, EMR, Financial applications, etc).
  • Without Associate degree: three (3) years designing, building and supporting business systems applications or five (5) years performing operational processes utilizing the business systems applications that will be supported (e.g., Revenue Cycle, Epic, EMR, Financial applications, etc).
