Job description

What You Will Do:
  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the check-in and check-out process.
  • Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and collect copays/payments.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate provider schedules using the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate care team.
  • Monitor patient flow, communicate delays, and support a positive patient experience.
  • Process patient information accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing mail, faxes, forms, and payment reconciliation.
  • Utilize Epic and other clinic systems to support efficient front desk and clinic operations.
