Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Litigation Attorney to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for an attorney with 1-4 years of experience in estate, trust, and commercial litigation. Other areas of litigation include real estate and domestic relations.
The candidate should be able to provide excellent legal representation and compassionate client service in sensitive and complex matters. The Associate will assist a senior partner with existing litigation as well as manage a caseload from inception to resolution under the guidance of a senior partner. Pay is $70,000-$100,000+ based on production bonus.

Qualifications
Experience:
• 1-4 years of demonstrated experience in litigation.
Education:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensure:
• Must be an active member in good standing of the Nebraska State Bar.
Skills:
Litigation Skills: Proven ability to handle court appearances and manage contested litigation.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial disclosures, asset tracing, and business valuation principles.
Empathy & Professionalism: Exceptional ability to handle high-conflict situations with professionalism, compassion, and sound judgment.
Organization: Excellent time management, organizational, and file management skills.
