Position Summary

The Electrical Engineering Associate supports the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems across a variety of engineering projects. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced engineers. Responsibilities include preparing engineering designs, assisting with project execution, conducting testing, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, components, and engineering solutions
  • Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Support the design of power distribution, control systems, lighting, and low-voltage electrical systems
  • Perform electrical calculations, equipment selection, and basic system analysis
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment
  • Support project teams during installation, inspections, and site visits
  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation, reports, and project records
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, and project engineers
