What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Associate Project Manager โ€“ Quotations, you will help manage the quotation lifecycle from project identification through proposal submission. You'll work closely with customers, Sales, manufacturers, engineering resources, purchasing, finance, and internal operations teams to develop accurate and competitive project solutions.

Project & Quotation Management
  • Manage assigned quotation opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal submission.
  • Track quotation schedules, customer deadlines, bid dates, and project milestones.
  • Monitor opportunities and follow up with internal teams and manufacturing partners.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and information in internal systems.
  • Identify potential delays or issues and escallAT them appropriately.
Quotation Development
  • Review plans, specifications, addenda, and customer requirements.
  • Assist with product selection, configurations, and solution development.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain pricing, lead times, technical information, and product recommendations.
  • Identify discrepancies between project requirements, specifications, and proposed solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and complete quotation packages.
  • Support company pricing, margin, and commercial guidelines.
Customer & Sales Support
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for customers and Sales throughout the quotation process.
  • Provide timely updates regarding pricing, product availability, manufacturer feedback, and timelines.

  • Build professional relationships that contribute to customer satisfaction and successful project pursuits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Sales in identifying solutions that meet customer requirements and manufacturer capabilities.
  • Escalate technical, commercial, or specification-related issues when necessary.

Good Faith Salary Range

The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
