Job description

School Age Classroom Educator

Robbins Children's Programs is deeply rooted in the community, prioritizes staff development and recognition, and leads the way in promoting a strong STEM curriculum.

The main responsibilities of the School Age Classroom Educator is to perform the daily and recurring tasks related to classroom management, safety of children, and development of curriculum. This position is for a School Age classroom, therefore positive interactions and experience with this age group is key. Additional qualifications include organization, following documentation protocols, and the ability to collaborate and interact with others. Salary is based on experience and education. Bachelor's degree, CDA, or Associate's degree in related field preferred. This is a split shift position totaling 35 hours a week, hours are 6:30-9:30/1:30-5:30 M-F. No school days such as summer and school vacations are straight shift/40 hours a week. Must be School Age certified-qualifications are 3-6 months of group care experience with School Age children depending on education.
