Director, Growth Analytics amp; Optimization

Location: Midvale, UT 84047

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Growth Analytics amp; Optimization to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through advanced analytics and optimization strategies. This role will be based in Midvale, UT and will report to senior leadership, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth analytics team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and oversee A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation frameworks to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and data science teams to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key growth metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
