Job Summary:

The Associate Director of Enterprise Business Systems will oversee the delivery of SAP and CRM programs, ensuring successful execution across various teams while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities:
• Overseas delivery of program management for CRM and SAP integrations.
• Interface within business and IT organizations.
• Overseas vendor management, resource management and operational management functions within the IT organization.
• Communicates directly with stakeholders, crossfunctional teams, vendors, and department leaders.
• Lead sprints through software development lifecycle using SCRUM and AGILE methodologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT or digital delivery roles.
• 5+ years leading ERP (SAP) and/or CRM (Salesforce) programs or major projects.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Travel will be required, up to 20% of the time.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ecosystems and enterprise CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment practices.
• Ability to engage credibly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi‑vendor and globally distributed teams.
• Strong business presence with the ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating between hands‑on execution and strategic alignment.
