Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering program milestones. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Program Management Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading crossfunctional teams to manage subcontracted systems, develop strategic plans, and ensure contract compliance.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead crossfunctional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement to ensure successful subcontract execution. Develop and implement strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans. Manage cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of subcontractors.

Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and milestone tracking. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
