  • Prioritize Work Based on Value and Impact: Design and manage centralized intake, evaluation, and prioritization processes so high-impact technical and non-technical requests are assessed consistently, resourced appropriately, and sequenced against customer, operational, and financial value.
  • Develop Talent and Scale Execution Capacity: Lead and coach a diverse team of technical and non-technical professionals, including project/program managers, business analysts, technology business management resources, and solution-oriented contributors, while building the capabilities needed to support enterprise transformation.

  • Remove Barriers to Execution: Serve as a primary escalation point for initiative risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, proactively removing blockers that could slow delivery, affect stakeholder alignment, or create negative customer impacts.
  • Break Down Silos and Improve Enterprise Effectiveness: Design engagement models, governance routines, and cross-functional ways of working that create clearer ownership, faster decisions, and more consistent execution across business and technology organizations.
  • Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, apply best-in-class execution practices, and use data-driven insights to improve productivity, reduce operational friction, and strengthen the customer journey.
