Job Title

Director, Product Management

About your role:

You will drive product commercialization, lifecycle management, and day-to-day product support for Wells Fargo with a primary focus on the Clover platform and ecosystem. You will work across Wells Fargo operations, sales, and account management teams, as well as internal Fiserv operations, commercialization, product, and technical teams, to launch, support, optimize, and evolve product capabilities. Your work will help ensure products are successfully introduced, adopted, and supported throughout their lifecycle while improving client satisfaction and supporting revenue growth.

What you'll do:

  • Lead products through the full lifecycle from commercialization and prioritization through launch, optimization, ongoing support, and end-of-life planning.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Clover platform and ecosystem, with a primary focus on Clover software and SaaS solutions, while maintaining working knowledge of hardware and value-added services.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, commercialization, sales, and account management teams to translate business and client needs into clear product requirements, feature definitions, delivery priorities, and implementation plans.

  • Serve as a trusted product resource when consulting with Wells Fargo, internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams on Clover capabilities, product changes, and lifecycle needs.

  • Monitor client feedback, merchant needs, market requirements, and product issues to identify enhancements, support adoption, and improve the overall client and merchant experience.

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, Wells Fargo stakeholders, and technical resources to drive product enhancements, feature delivery, operational readiness, and issue resolution.

  • Lead the coordination and resolution of complex product escalations, working across product and technical teams to drive resolution while advocating for stakeholders and championing system-wide improvements.

  • Deliver product training and education to internal teams, external partners, and clients, fostering product knowledge, adoption, and engagement.

  • Track and analyze product performance and adoption metrics across lifecycle stages, providing regular reporting and insights to support product decisions and commercial objectives.

  • Support cross-functional project execution and lead product-related workstreams when a dedicated project manager is not assigned.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated experience in commercialization, product operations, and lifecycle management.

  • 5+ years of experience working with merchant payments, point-of-sale solutions, or financial technology products in a client-facing or partner-facing environment.

  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, commercialization, and client relationship teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.

  • Experience presenting product requirements, product updates, performance insights, and recommendations to clients, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership.

  • Extensive knowledge of merchant payments and point-of-sale solutions, or comparable payment platforms; experience with Clover platform experience strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Direct experience supporting the Clover platform or other Fiserv Merchant solutions. Experience supporting large financial institution partners or strategic enterprise clients.

  • Experience with third-party integrators and partner ecosystem management.

  • Experience in merchant acquiring, commerce enablement, or small business solutions.

  • Experience managing complex product escalations and coordinating resolution across technical and business teams.

  • Experience delivering product training or education to internal teams, partners, or clients.

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
