Job description

  • Responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of all systems, software, and processes used for issuing payments, managing expense reports, and accepting payment
  • Supervision of the Analyst of Payables Systems and the Manager of Payment Systems & Compliance
  • Supervise processes regarding procurement cards
  • Supervise the review and reconciliation of procurement card transactions
  • Supervise and iterate improvements to the procurement card training program
  • Supervise Payment Card Industry (PCI) rules risk assessments
  • Supervise the creation of payment systems
  • Business process design and redesign, systems security, and management of interfaces between systems
  • Leadership on payables systems and utilization of existing systems
  • Manage integrations with banking partner and AI systems
  • Development and implementation of standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years' experience in a finance, accounting, business, or technology management
  • Project management and/or business process design experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, technology management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a higher education environment (preferred)
