Job description

Associate Director of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced, Associate Director of Human Resources to support our growing organization. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, this role is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and tracking of organization-wide training and professional development programs to ensure our workforce stays equipped, engaged, and aligned with our mission. The position is responsible to help with day-to-day HR responsibilities, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training amp; Development Oversight: Design, implement, and track all employee onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and staff training initiatives across departments.
  • HR Operations amp; Strategy: Partner with the HR Director to oversee core HR workflows, employee relations, policy administration, and performance management processes
  • Team Leadership: Supervise administrative training personnel, ensuring seamless office coordination
  • Compliance amp; Reporting: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations; analyze HR metrics to continuously improve staff retention and engagement
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive professional office leadership experience required
