The Director, ERP, Finance Tech is a senior technology leader responsible for thestrategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise finance systems, with a strong emphasis onERP platformsthat enable scalable, compliant, and efficient financial operations. This role plays a critical part insupporting DePuy Synthes' transformation and separation journey, ensuring finance technology capabilities are robust, futureready, and aligned to business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
