As a Marketing Distribution Associate within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will work with the U.S. Advisor business which provides retail clients with investment solutions (J.P. Morgan mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, sub-advised accounts and 529 college-savings plans) through financial intermediaries (wealth management firms, independent broker/dealers, retirement platforms, banks and institutional clearing platforms). You will report to the Head of ETF Marketing & Campaign Management, and you will drive innovative, data-driven ETF marketing campaigns across all channels to strengthen brand awareness and amplify our position as a leader in Active ETFs. The role will also support sponsored and proprietary event activations and enhance campaign reporting and optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive innovative, end-to-end ETF marketing campaigns that align with business priorities
  • Manage tracking and analytics of marketing campaigns; draw conclusions from data and identify areas of opportunity and growth
  • Work closely with the channel marketing team and a wide range of stakeholders to execute on marketing programs designed for key platforms and firms to deliver against business results and AUM goals
  • Leverage AI to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to allow marketing to scale at a rapid pace
  • Identify and manage initiatives that scale, drive efficiencies and improve speed-to-market
  • Explore and implement new strategies for customer acquisition, nurture, and retention
  • Review and aggregate KPIs to ensure consistency and visibility across the team and assist with testing, measurements, analytics, reporting and optimization
  • Evaluate current processes and seek ways to improve and create efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in related industry or general experience in financial services
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with ability to attribute and track results to drive a positive ROI on marketing activities; strong proficiency with Excel a plus
  • Project management-excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills and the ability to manage project teams to a timeline while accurately managing large volumes of information
  • Capacity to multi-task-the ability to pivot constantly and efficiently from one initiative to another in a fast-paced environment; keen sense of prioritization
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priorities quickly in a changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to report findings to all levels of the organization
