Position Description
ย 
The Associate Director, Family Recruitment & Engagement leads regional strategies that support enrollment, retention, and family engagement goals. This role oversees Family Recruitment staff,ย manages community partnerships and enrollment systems, and works closely with school and networkย teams to ensure a positive family experience.
Essential Functions

Strategic Leadership and Team Management (35%)

  • Lead and develop Family Recruitment staff.
  • Set regional recruitment and engagement goals aligned with enrollment targets.
  • Monitor performance through data and accountability systems.
  • Partner with leaders to identify enrollment opportunities and challenges.
Family Recruitment Strategy and Community Partnerships (30%)
  • Develop recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
  • Build partnerships with community organizations and local leaders.
  • Oversee recruitment events, school tours, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on family outreach.
Family Engagement and School Partnership (20%)
  • Support regional family engagement initiatives.
  • Develop tools and best practices for schools.

Data Management and Enrollment Operations (15%)

  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience building community partnerships and using data to drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in K-12 education, charter schools, or nonprofits.
  • Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
  • Experience with enrollment systems, CRM platforms, or family engagement tools.
$90,000 - $108,000 a year
Work Location: The role requires travel around the Nashville and Antioch areas
