Excellent communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across various levels of an organization and problem solving skills
Expert knowledge of server, networking, operating system, database, application performance management, monitoring and alerting system, load balancing, and security systems
Strong Linux and Windows administrative capabilities
Expert working knowledge of DevOps and cloud operational support processes
Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining monitoring and metrics systems
Experience with scripting languages
Experience with provisioning software like Ansible or similar tools.
Experience with source control like Git
Experience with Docker, and container orchestration software
Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Nagios or similar tools
Experience with Jira processes a plus
