About the position:
The Stratos Cloud Indirect Business Unit has a charter to recruit, manage and grow our rapidly expanding indirect partner ecosystem. We are the only Microsoft Dynamics partner selected to be an Indirect Provider for Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program, providing unparalleled opportunities for career opportunities and growth.
As an Associate Partner Development Manager at Stratos Cloud, you will have the opportunity to help drive one of the fastest growing businesses at Stratos Cloud/Velosio that is at the leading edge of the industry shift to cloud services.
The Associate Partner Development Manager is a key sales and management role within the Stratos Cloud Indirect Business Unit. This position focuses on our new partners and one-to many relationship management. The charter of the Associate Partner Development Manager is to drive newly recruited partners to transact, to increase engagement with existing partners and to increase Microsoft CSP Revenue and Stratos Cloud Professional services. The role provides sales & and general support to develop partner activation, training, partner services, sales and marketing operations, accounting, and IT tech support.

Responsibilities
Partner Enablement: Drive new and existing partners to participate in Partner Enablement, training, and marketing programs to help Microsoft Indirect CSP Resellers expand their service portfolio and increase revenue across the entire Microsoft Cloud Platform and Stratos Professional Services.
Partner Management: Build relationships and track activities within Dynamics 365 CE/CRM for assigned partners to activate/re-activate and expand partner CSP recurring revenue and professional services opportunities.
Partner Success Services: Support partners with Internal Use licenses and access Stratos Cloud tools/services to support partner success with provisioning subscriptions, professional services engagements, marketing campaign execution, and sales support.
Accountabilities
Role Accountability: The role will be accountable for landing new transactional partners and driving incremental partner revenue growth for existing assigned accounts. The role also collaborates closely with Stratos Cloud Recruitment, Partner Enablement, Marketing, and Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to execute the Stratos Cloud Sales Enablement Model for professional services.
The role will need to help deliver the partner sales/support experience and generate subscription revenue streams as well as assisting in the entire sales process. The individual will also be required to support marketing initiatives and be familiar with 'Go to Market' campaigns inclusive of offers and incentives for Stratos Cloud's portfolio of partners.
