Reef Enterprises drives commercial operations across the portfolio - including marketing, real estate sales, events, business development, and membership programs - functioning as a shared services and execution engine on behalf of each property while also building a Reef-wide platform.The Associate Director of Finance, Sales and Marketing is the dedicated financial planning partner for Reef Enterprises' commercial operations. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this individual contributor will own budget planning, variance tracking, and financial modeling across marketing, events, business development, Reef365, and real estate sales and marketing functions.This role works closely with each department and teams to align on spend plans, tracks performance against revenue and cost targets, and gives commercial leadership the financial visibility they need to make fast, confident decisions. This is not a corporate finance or capital markets role.
