Process Engineer – Chambersburg, PA (Full-Time)

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing (steel industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, Kaizen, and 5S
  • Proficiency in CAD/3D modeling (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Experience with process improvement, production planning, material flow, and quality control
  • Hands-on exposure to laser cutting, press brakes, machining, plasma, and welding (preferred)
  • Ability to create SOPs and work instructions
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
