  • Document currentโ€‘state and futureโ€‘state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to ensure their selfโ€‘sufficiency and confidence maintaining various parts of Catalyst builds. Includes preparation of training documentation.
  • Present integration architectures, technology decisions, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and confidence.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, Salesforce community events, and vendor briefings.
  • Conduct integration architecture reviews and participate in security review boards.
What youโ€™ll need to be successful:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or solution architecture roles.
  • 5+ years of handsโ€‘on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience).
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Background in consulting.
It'd be even better if you have:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Proven expertise designing and delivering integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • MuleSoft Certified Associate, Developer, or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
  • AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
  • Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in working with public sector, education, or nonโ€‘profit spaces.

How weโ€™ll set you up for success:
  • Salary range of $140,000-$170,000 a year*
