We serve the Private Development and Public Infrastructure markets with core offerings of Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Field Services. No matter the project or scope, our clients enjoy problem-solving and service that goes beyond the expected.
We are looking for an Associate Engineer to join our Springfield, MO Team.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver the OWN Experience every day by focusing on what drives our success-Clients, OWNers, Safety, Quality, and Financial Health.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and design civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
  • Conduct advanced calculations to validate and optimize project designs for accuracy and efficiency, addressing challenges using a deep understanding of engineering principles.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings and technical reports.
  • Utilize quantitative analysis to estimate quantities and construction costs, providing crucial insights for budgeting and strategic project planning.
  • Offer expertise in construction phase services, overseeing project progress and swiftly addressing on-site challenges for successful execution.
  • Generate detailed reports and conduct studies to assess project feasibility, environmental impacts, and regulatory compliance, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of permit applications with attention to compliance with relevant codes and regulations, navigating regulatory landscapes efficiently.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing technical platforms such as Google suite, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Monday.com and Deltek.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program.
  • Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.
