Job description

Centurion Health, a leading provider of healthcare services for the Georgia Department of Corrections, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Health Services Administrator (HSA) to oversee healthcare operations at Calhoun State Prison in Morgan, Georgia.
Salary: $107,000 per year
This leadership position is responsible for directing the daily operations of the facility's healthcare program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with Centurion policies, Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership for all on-site healthcare services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality patient care.
  • Supervise healthcare staff and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Nursing (MSN), or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare management or healthcare operations leadership experience.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and daily healthcare operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, budgeting, staffing, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.
