The Role

Entegris is seeking a new Divisional Finance Director to serve as the primary finance business partner for our Formulated Solutions Business Unit.

The new hire in this role will be the trusted finance partner for our General Manager and leadership team.

The new leader in this rolewill operate with significant autonomy and influencetoprovidestrategic financial leadership, decision support, planning forecasting, investment analysis, and performance management that will drive business results and support long-term value creation.

OurFormulated Solutionsbusiness unit representsapproximately $950M in annual revenue across five Strategic Business Units and is a key business within Entegris.

What You'll Do

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, resource allocation decisions, investment priorities, and strategic business initiatives.

  • Influence business strategy through financial insights, data-driven recommendations, and objective decision support.

  • Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspectives to support sound business decisions.

  • Partner with Operations and Business Unit leadership on capacity planning, capital investment decisions, and operational optimization efforts.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities for the Formulated Solutions Business Unit.

  • Ensure financial forecasts and business assumptions are aligned with operational objectives and enterprise goals.

  • Analyze key business drivers and financial performance indicators toidentifyopportunities and risks.

  • Advance a culture of continuous improvement byleveragingsystems, tools, and analytics todeliver executive-level reporting, analytics, and insights that inform decision-making.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead theFormulated Solutions Finance team.
