  • Explore ways to use automation and AI to turn business data into faster and more useful insights.
  • Support integrations and workflows that improve the movement of data between Bullhorn and other business systems.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience working with Bullhorn or a comparable ATS/CRM platform.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and business reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience improving or automating reporting and data processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-validation skills.
  • Ability to identify data inconsistencies and investigate root causes.
  • Ability to translate business questions into meaningful reports, metrics, and analytical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within a consulting firm, professional services organization, recruiting organization, or other client-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Bullhorn reporting, analytics, administration, or data structures.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence/reporting tools.
  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or automated workflows.
  • Experience using Python or other technologies for data analysis or automation.
  • Experience implementing or working with AI-enabled tools and workflows.
