Job Summary:
JND Inc. is a global industry leader in data analytics and business operations, and they are seeking a Mid Level Business Analyst 3. The role involves analyzing large datasets to generate insights, preparing financial models, and managing budget processes to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain and publish regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on business performance and KPIs
• Develop and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business opportunities and improvements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports
• Create and prepare executive/management level presentations
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis and projections
• Manage budget/forecasting process for business group
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or financial analysis
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with financial literacy and numeracy
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
