Job Description
Allied Universal® is hiring an Administrative Coordinator.
HR is seeking an entry-level candidate for a support function within our office team.
Key responsibilities would include processing data, employee file maintenance within various HRIS platforms,
PTO/leave tracking, staff communications, and employee engagement.
Individual must be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The administrative coordinator would be task-oriented with a high level of confidentiality related to all tasks.
This is hybrid office position (3-4 days in office each week)
Office is located in North Raleigh
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain digital and hard copy employee records.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with all tasks
  • Update HRIS databases and handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Update leave records and PTO maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of benefit policy compliance
  • Assist with employee licensing compliance and background checks.
  • Data entry for file maintenance
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications OR
    • Associate's degree with 1+ years' experience in an administrative business/office environment.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel - more than basic skill level)
  • Knowledge in various HRIS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills are required.
  • Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:
    • If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history
