Your Responsibilities in our team

  • Takeend-to-end responsibilityfor designing, developing, testing, and deploying data and application solutions inPalantir Foundry.
  • Build and implementdata models and transformations, Python, PySpark, and Foundry-native capabilities, ensuring scalable and reliable data integration.
  • Developbusiness-facing applications, workflows, and operational use cases(e.g. Workshop) in Foundry, translating business requirements into productive solutions.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders tounderstand requirements, refine use cases, and convert them into implementable solution designs.
  • Implementation ofAI/ML-enabled use caseswithin the Foundry environment, including predictive analytics, generative AI, and agent-based workflows where relevant.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data processes, integrations, and application performance in anagile delivery environment.
  • Own delivery fromrequirements clarification through development, testing, deployment, and user enablement.


Your Profile

  • Completed degree inComputer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3-4+ years of professional experienceindata engineering, application development, or platform implementation.
  • Mandatory: hands-on project experience with Palantir Foundryin a delivery/implementation role.
  • Strong technical skills inPython, PySpark, Typescript or React
  • Strong understanding ofend-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.
  • Experience working inagile teamsand translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience withAI/ML use casesis a plus, especially within enterprise data platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Structured, hands-on, and collaborative working style with the ability to drive topics independently.

On a fulltime basis, we offer an entry salary for Senior Associate from EUR 60,000 per year (allin) or for Manager an annual target salary (including variable components) from EUR 77,000 (allin).
