Job Description:

This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting to support business decision-making. The Senior Analyst partners with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, and drive continuous improvement in data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
Business Partnership
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, DC, Logistics teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytics and reporting solutions

  • Manage and prioritize reporting requests, identifying opportunities to leverage existing solutions vs. new builds

  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and tailor outputs to support effective decision-making

Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting merchandise flow and operational performance

  • Apply strong critical thinking and business acumen to validate outputs and proactively identify areas requiring deeper analysis

Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Fabric, Snowflake) to develop data models, visualizations, and reporting

  • Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency

  • Explore and prototype new analytics tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

What We Are Looking For: You.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting (retail, supply chain, or operations preferred)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful insights

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx/Fabric, or similar BI tools preferred

  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
