We've been at it since 2004, but now, as part of Wonder, Grubhub is operating with a renewed sense of momentum and the high-velocity energy of a powerhouse startup.

As a leading U.S. ordering and delivery marketplace, we feature over 415,000 merchants in more than 4,000 cities, creating the ultimate food experience by elevating online ordering through innovative restaurant technology, easy-to-use platforms, and an improved delivery experience. We are constantly finding new ways to innovate-from integrated grocery delivery with groceries powered by Instacart to exclusive loyalty programs. Join our team, based out of New York City, Chicago and Denver, and help us give our diners the exceptional value they deserve.

About The Opportunity

Grubhub is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Operations to support our Grubhub for Business sales organization. In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of our lead management process, ensuring our sales team has a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects to pursue. You'll be responsible for sourcing new companies, enriching and maintaining lead data, uploading leads into Salesforce, and distributing leads across the sales organization. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to maintain a clean, accurate, and actionable prospect database. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Your work will directly impact our sales team's ability to identify, engage, and win new business.

The Impact You Will Make

  • Own the lead database for Grubhub for Business, ensuring it remains accurate, organized, and scalable.

  • Source, upload, enrich, and maintain high-quality prospect and account data to support new business acquisition.

  • Manage lead assignment and distribution across the sales organization, ensuring timely routing and balanced coverage.

  • Maintain the integrity of CRM data by proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize lead generation, enrichment, and distribution processes.

  • Monitor lead flow, database health, and operational performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve lead management processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of data available to the sales team.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar commercial operations role.

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales, business development, or account management role is a plus.

  • Experience sourcing, managing, and maintaining lead databases to support a high performing sales organization.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation.

  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and measuring campaign performance.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales technology, including Gong, Chili Piper, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and similar sales engagement platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
