Location:         East Moline, IL 61244
Duration:         2 Years

Job Summary

Parts Data Management Analyst responsible for supporting BOM (Bill of Materials) structures, engineering data analysis, product data management, and specification analysis activities to support manufacturing operations, product implementation, and business process standardization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BOM structures for new products and product updates
• Analyze engineering and manufacturing part data inputs
• Support product development and engineering data activities
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and data summaries
• Process part plans and execute engineering change decisions
• Monitor and support data integrity initiatives for ECM, parts, and reporting
• Support specification analysis and project execution activities
• Compile, analyze, and summarize materials for business justifications
• Coordinate activities across multiple business units for process consistency
• Facilitate meetings and support tactical execution initiatives
• Support business process improvements and standardization efforts
• Maintain technical and user documentation with backup support
