Job description

Join a team at the center of compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. As a Licensing and Registration Analyst for MWA Financial Services, Inc. (MWAFS), a registered broker/dealer, investment adviser and wholly owned subsidiary of Modern Woodmen of America, you will play a critical role in ensuring our representatives are properly licensed and registered to serve clients with confidence. Partnering closely with Licensing and Compliance teams, you will take ownership of daily licensing functions, maintain essential records and procedures, and help uphold adherence to industry regulations—all while supporting a seamless and efficient representative experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process field representative’s onboarding kits in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Update and facilitate the maintenance of representative information and other registration needs across Modern Woodmen, MWAFS, and regulatory systems.
  • Generate, analyze and rectify daily commissions reports concerning a field representative’s licensing requirements.
  • Assist senior licensing staff with dissemination of information and processing field representatives’ registration changes as part of the annual licensing renewal programs.
  • Build positive relationships by providing professional, friendly and timely service and guidance to representatives via phone and email.
  • Aid other team members with various statistical reporting and other projects as needed.

What we need:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to pass FINRA Series SIE, and 6 within 180 days of hire. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal. Work towards FLMI designation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new technology tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage work independently.

  • Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $22.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
  • Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least four days in office each week.  Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be expected to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year. Hybrid work arrangements are subject to change at any time based on business needs.
