Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents while promoting their overall wellness and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a Illinois nursing License in good standing, excellent clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  • Educate residents and their families about overall wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits and Compensation
  • The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $44.00 per hour (for RN), and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
    Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am.
