Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM & Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

The Opportunity
In this hands-on, patient-facing role, you'll coordinate and deliver care across the surgical continuum. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe workflows, positive patient outcomes, and adherence to evidence-based standards.
What You'll Do:
Leadership & Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve care goals
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
  • Participate in ongoing education and unit meetings
Clinical Assessment & Care Planning
  • Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments and vital signs
  • Identify abnormal findings and communicate results promptly
  • Develop and update individualized care plans during shift transitions
Surgical Support & Patient Monitoring
  • Support patients throughout surgical procedures and recovery
  • Monitor, document, and evaluate patient responses during all phases of care
Compliance & Professional Standards
  • Uphold facility standards, ethics, and evidence-based procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
